We ship UPS within the 48 US States. During checkout you will have the option to choose UPS services: UPS Ground may take up to 10 days depending on your location, UPS 3 day select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS overnight. UPS Express services will ship within 24 hours. UPS Ground service may take up to 48 hours to ship.
We use United States Post Office for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/AE and International packages. You can choose from USPS Priority (2-3 weeks) or USPS Express (up to 5 days). You may also choose UPS services.
During checkout, the shopping cart will show you shipping options and price before you enter your payment.
Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from BagYou.com or MidwestBags.com for any reason, as long as the item(s) remain in the same condition in which you received it (only unused products with all packaging and Hang tags attached) , within 30 days. We have the right to refuse any merchandise returned used, used inappropriately or outside of the 30 day timeframe.
48 US States:
You can receive a UPS return label from us OR you can choose to return it your own way. If you would like us to send you a UPS return label, we can either email the label or mail it to you. Please call us at 859-344-5223 to obtain a UPS return label. Please the place the label on the package and take to your nearest UPS store, drop off box or facility. Check www.UPS.com for convenient locations. If you use our return shipping label, we will deduct the cost from your refund upon processing. Our label typically will not cost more than $10. If you choose to use your own shipping method, please place a copy of your order history or original invoice inside your package.
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/AE or International returns:
No need to call, please take to you local post office and return all unused products to: Bag You, 59 Thompson Ave, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017. We do not provide labels for returns outside of the 48 US States. When we receive your item we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
